Scope and important information
Feature availability depends on the selected service, connected platforms and deployment configuration. Controls marked “Available with configuration” are implemented within the agreed project scope. Applicable requirements, costs and service commitments are confirmed in the customer agreement. No system can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for managing their users, access permissions and lawful use of the service.
References to security standards or frameworks do not, by themselves, indicate independent certification or assurance. Any independent SOC 2 report or ISO/IEC 27001 certification covering Stocklifter will be expressly identified with its scope. Reports and certifications held by infrastructure providers apply to those providers’ assessed services.
