Who We Are
Stocklifter Inc. (“Stocklifter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides institutional investor relations infrastructure for publicly traded companies and select companies in the private sector. We serve issuers and businesses across North America, the United Kingdom, and Australia, including companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange, Toronto Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, OTC Markets, London Stock Exchange, AIM, and Australian Securities Exchange. Our registered address is in British Columbia, Canada.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
What Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you book a call, complete a contact form, or subscribe to communications
- Job title, exchange listing or company structure, and ticker symbol (if applicable) when onboarding as a client
- Billing information processed through our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)

- Interaction data with emails we send (opens, clicks)
Information from third parties:
- Publicly available regulatory filings and exchange disclosure documents related to listed issuers

Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Following termination of services, we retain records for a minimum of seven years to satisfy tax and regulatory requirements in applicable jurisdictions, after which data is securely deleted or anonymized.
